TheSAY Pharma DrugStore Representative Office is one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Kazakhstan with over 10 years of experience. We work with global manufacturers to supply high-quality medical products and ensure safe and compliant logistics.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 3–4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical field.

• Project planning and development of detailed project plans (timelines, budget, resources, milestones).

• Coordination of project participants, including external contractors and partners.

• Risk management: identification, analysis, and mitigation of potential issues.

• Monitoring of deadlines, budgets, and project performance.

• Regular reporting to stakeholders and management.

• Analysis of data and project metrics to evaluate effectiveness.

• Identifying opportunities to optimize processes and implementing improvements.

• Ensuring successful project completion and achievement of project goals.

• Establishing and maintaining processes for scope management and quality standards.

• Building and maintaining partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and external collaborators.

• Assigning and monitoring resources to ensure project efficiency.

• Escalating risks and issues when required according to the project plan.

• Three or more years of project management experience in pharma/biotech/medical fields.

• Higher education in medicine or pharmacy.

• Strong attention to deadlines, budgets, and project targets.

• Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of management and external partners.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Fluency in English and Russian (required).

• Official employment in accordance with local regulations.

• Work schedule: Mon–Thu from 08:30 to 17:30, Fri — until 17:00.
