We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This position sits at the intersection of product management, system analysis, and operations. On one hand, you’ll dive deep into real business needs, define requirements, and find the best solutions. On the other, you’ll manage processes within a cross-functional team — from task setting to planning and final delivery.

It’s not just about formalizing features — it’s about designing scalable, well-integrated system solutions that remain clear and maintainable for the team months down the line. We’re looking for someone who can think systematically and act flexibly.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze business ideas and user scenarios, turning them into structured and technically feasible requirements

• Integrate new features into the existing product architecture

• Write clear tasks, user stories, and specifications for designers and developers

• Manage the backlog, prioritize tasks, and plan sprints

• Maintain transparency of processes, progress, and timelines for the team and stakeholders

• Help develop a strong product culture and act as an ambassador of a systematic approach

What We Expect from You

• 3+ years of experience in IT product development, including roles such as Project Manager, Product Manager, or System Analyst

• Experience in collecting, analyzing, and formalizing requirements, maintaining project documentation, and communicating with both technical and business stakeholders

• Leadership and team management experience — even with a small team, the ability to inspire, guide, and take responsibility is essential

• Experience building and optimizing team processes: task management, release planning, and workflow organization

• Strong communication and organizational skills — you know how to structure information clearly and reach alignment

• Solid understanding of modern product development approaches: from hypothesis building to delivering solutions through metrics and feedback

• Confident use of tools like Jira or YouTrack, Confluence or Notion, and other task/documentation platforms

• Knowledge of English at B2 level or higher

Nice to Have

• Understanding of web application architecture and API integrations

• Experience organizing processes for distributed teams

• Knowledge of UX and product analytics

• Commitment to continuous personal and professional growth, with other valuable competencies to share
