Project Coordinator (Procurement)

In this role you will:

• Support project managers and plant teams in daily coordination;

• Collect and updаtеproject data (timelines, status, budgets);

• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials;

• Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items;

• Communicate with cross-functional teams and external partners

We are waiting for you if you have:

• Higher education (technical, economic, or management background preferred);

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role (assistant, coordinator, analyst, or project support);

• Confident skills in Excel and PowerPoint;

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;

• Basic understanding of project management principles;

• English level – Upper Intermediate;

• Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks.
