Responsibilities:1. Critical Path Management
• Collaborate with the Commercial Director to define and map critical paths for all
key commercial projects and initiatives.
• Identify key milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and potential risks.
• Proactively monitor progress and flag deviations or delays.
• Develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Lead regular critical path review meetings with stakeholders.
2. Task Management and Follow-up
• Establish a robust task tracking system across all critical workstreams.
• Assign clear ownership and deadlines for all tasks.
• Follow up professionally to ensure timely completion.
• Provide regular status updates to the Commercial Director, highlighting overdue
or at-risk items.
• Maintain thorough documentation of tasks, progress, and communications.
3. Integrated Dashboard Creation and Management
• Design and implement a centralized dashboard to track progress and risks
across commercial workstreams.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure data integrity.
• Maintain real-time dashboard updates for leadership visibility.
• Generate reports and presentations to support decision-making.
4. Project Support and Coordination
• Assist in planning, execution, and closure of commercial projects.
• Prepare documentation, status reports, agendas, and meeting minutes.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
• Support meeting preparation and presentation development.
• Identify opportunities for operational process improvement.
5. Stakeholder Management
• Build strong internal relationships across Sales, Procurement, Logistics,
Finance, and Operations.
• Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure alignment and successful project
execution.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related
field.
• 3–5+ years in project coordination, project management, or executive support,
preferably in a commercial environment.
• Experience managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring task
completion.
• Skilled in dashboard development and data reporting.
Skills
• Strong grasp of project methodologies (Agile, Lean, Waterfall) and critical path
analysis.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in project tools: MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities; capable of influencing at all levels.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion.
• Commercial awareness is an advantage.
