We’re looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Product & Financial Analyst to bring clarity and control to our business processes through data. You’ll work closely with finance, product, and leadership teams to support key decision-making with accurate reporting, insight generation, and process optimization.
Location: Remote
Languages Required: English (B2) and Russian (C1)
Working Hours: Full-time, remote — availability required during core working hours in GMT+4 timezone
Entry-level position

What You’ll Be Doing

• Calculating and tracking key financial metrics: revenue, margins, ROI by product and client
• Supporting the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
• Creating ad-hoc reports based on business needs
• Verifying and validating financial and operational data
• Maintaining databases and contributing to the development of BI tools
• Improving reporting processes through automation, formatting, and structured data collection

Who You Are
Must-Haves:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related function
• Advanced Excel skills (arrays, automation, visualization)
• Working knowledge of SQL (filtering, grouping, joins)
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to draw independent conclusions
• High attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to manage large volumes of data

Nice-to-Haves:

• Python skills (for reporting automation and API integrations)
• Experience in digital, AdTech, or IT companies
• Motivation to grow in analytics and business intelligence

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely closure of reporting periods (measured in days)
• Reduction in manual data processing
• Data accuracy (minimizing errors in final reports)
• Data quality and consistency across systems and reports
