We are looking for a Procurement Associate to be a part of our Supply Chain team located in Bereke plant, Kazakhstan.

What we expect:

• Executing and Governing complete P2P Process at agreed prices for the set suppliers related to the categories managed by the group office or central procurement, following up the operational process, tracking the delivery of POs, tracking the goods receipt and invoice receipt.
• Conducting supplier research, obtaining quotes, providing samples, creating orders in SAP, and performing purchases in order to purchase sales center/plant needs for designated spend category.
• Organizing, tracking and controlling the execution of purchasing process in coordination with other departments.
• Implement procurement activities at Central Asia HUB procurement for Direct categories (Packaging for CA CCI countries) to ensure lowest cost with highest quality and on time supply to support sustainable profitable growth in line with CCI Vision and prepare and consolidate monthly CCI and CA procurement reports, KPI, maintain good utilization for eProcurement tools made available by CCI and work on processes digitalization and programs improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Engineering/Finance/Business Administration)
• English level upper-intermediate
• Experience min 2 years
• Strong in Microsoft Excel, Power BI
• Multitasking, stress resistant, analytical skills, commodity knowledge
