• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Technology.
• Minimum 10 years of project experience, including at least 5 years in planning/project controls for Oil & Gas, Renewables, or Infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6 ,construction planning methodologies and schedule risk management.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI is a plus, advanced analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven capability to challenge contractors’ views and drive solutions proactively.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning methodologies, progress measurement systems, and scheduling techniques.
• Expertise in delay analysis, Extension of Time (EOT) evaluation, and risk schedule analysis.
