We are looking for a reliable and professional Personal Assistant to support the CEO, manage daily workflows, and ensure a high standard of business interaction, including participation in external events.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Coordinating meetings, business appointments, and travel arrangements in line with executive priorities;
-
Managing the Executive’s calendar, ensuring effective time management and deadline control;
-
Executing a wide range of administrative, organisational, and personal tasks with a high level of accuracy and discretion;
-
Supporting and accompanying the Executive at business forums, exhibitions, and high-level events;
-
Ensuring adherence to business etiquette, negotiation protocols, and corporate standards.
Key Requirements:

Strong knowledge of business etiquette, meeting and negotiation protocols;
-
High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and composure in executive environments;
-
Strict adherence to professional ethics and confidentiality standards;
-
Fluent English and Kazakh (written and spoken);
-
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to operate in a fast-paced business environment.
