People Partner (HR) Specialist

Representative office of the Swiss pharmaceutical company Novartis Pharma Services in Kazakhstan announces recruitment for the position People Partner Specialist.

Temporary outsourcing contract.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to (1 year contract):

• Provide support and specific advice for operations on Employee Life Cycle Management Hire2Retire

• Support the rewards cycle with data integrity

• Provide support on personnel administration and payroll, as well controlling time and attendance to be in line with the internal process and local legislation

• Serve as subject matter expert for an assigned topic related to People Partner operations

• Ensure compliance with country regulations and local policies

• First point of escalation for all associates on their day-to-day P&O topics, providing expert advice, guidance and support

• Support alignment and harmonization of local regulations; monitors compliance, risk management and review P&O controls (as part of the NFCM framework) working with People Partner

• Support processes that drive internal movement offers and mobility

• Support and coach leaders, manager and associates on all operational P&O topics including promoting self-service in people processes.

Requirements:

• University degree
• Spoken and written English (Intermediate and higher)
• 1-2 years of experience in HR Administration / labor relations
• Advanced knowledge of Labor Code
• Experience in Recruitment, C&B, T&D preferably within international companies (would be a great advantage)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Client-orientation, accuracy, attentiveness to details, results-orientation, high level of integrity and compliance.
