Your ‘day to day’:
• Ensure the payroll process;
• Create monthly and corrective timesheets for their further verification and approval by heads of departments;
• Monthly reconciliation of balances on the accounts of the General Ledger with payroll data;
• Take part in the preparation of salary documents for storage in the archive according to the deadlines established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the provisions of the PMK;
• Provide income certificates at the request of employees;
• Monitor and study any changes in the labor, pension and tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan relevant to payroll;
• Preparation and provision of statistical reports in accordance with the established deadlines;
• Take an active part in new projects related to the activities of the finance department.

Who we’re looking for:
• Higher financial/economic education;
• Knowledge of the basics of accounting and finance;
• English language proficiency at least at Upper Intermediate level;
• Experience in finance/accounting will be preferred;
• Skills of working in MS Office (Excel, Word) at the level of an experienced user.
