Paid Intern in Real Estate

Americana is an international company that operates global brands of quick service restaurants such as KFC, Hardee’s, Pizza Hut, Costa Coffee and Krispy Kreme in Kazakhstan.

We invite candidates for 6 months paid internship in the Real Estate to get experience in building big brands with Kazakhstani consumer.

You have a great opportunity to be a part of enthusiastic team of experts to kick off your professional development in the most exiting way.

Responsibilities:

• Market analysis, data collection and analysis
• Supporting the development team in daily administrative tasks
• Scanning of related documents
• Preparation and maintenance of stores reports
• Stock taking, inventory and reconciliation
• Draft framework agreements for suppliers.

Requirements:

• Graduates (preferable majors: BA, Economics, Managmnet, SC, Logistics)
• English level – Intermediate (B1)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and process information, attention to details
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
