Order Desk Specialist (Outsource)

Responsibilities:

• Sales / delivery order creation;
• Shipping / accounting documents preparation;
• Shipment arrangement with customers, sales & logistics team;
• Sales tracking / billing status check;
• Price registration / uploading;
• Customer balance check / approval creation;
• Monthly sales target upload;
• Weekly report preparation;
• SAP testing / SCM projects.

Requirements:

• Higher education in SCM, Logistics, Economics, Finance or related fields;
• Work experience in SCM, Customer service, Logistics (preferably), Audit (can be considered);
• SAP, ERP system, MS Office (Excel);
• English (at least Upper-intermidiate);
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and good communication skills.
