Almaty International Airport is seeking an Operator to join the Technical Office Department of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance requests, facilitating effective communication across departments, and contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of our technical operations.
- Register and process maintenance requests from airport staff with complete and accurate details.
- Forward requests to relevant departments and monitor timely completion.
- Act as a liaison between the maintenance department and other divisions.
- Maintain documentation of requests and completed work, and prepare reports for management.
- Analyze maintenance processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Higher education in Technical field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including data processing and chart development.
- Knowledge of airport technical systems.Proven work experience within an airport environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with request initiators.
- Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English for handling requests.
- Experience in call center operations.
- Proficiency in preparing monthly reports using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Work schedule 5 days per week, working hours from 8.00 to 17.00 (lunch break from 12.00 to 13.00)
