We are looking for an employee for an international company in the field of industrial chemistry.

MAIN TASKS:

Purchase Requisition (PR)>Purchase Order (PO) conversion.

Sourcing below 10.000 EUR for related categories.

Tender preparations if requested by category buyers.

Outline Agreement (OA) creations/updates.

Basic SAP knowledge, Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process support when required.

Order follow up and inbound delivery creation.

Fixing payment terms to requested number without jeopardizing costs.

Regularly check catalog/supplies prices if requested by category buyers.

Vendor/Supplier/Contractors (incl EHS) follow up.

Sharepoint and other digital platforms contract record, follow up and updаtеif requested by category buyers.

SAP Vendor masterdata execution.

Quality Management Scorecard contribution and Vendor complaint (NCM) management if requested by category buyers.

Regular vendor credit check/management if requested by category buyers.

Support any kind of audits preparations.

Preparing saving reports (on demand).

QUALIFICATIONS

University Degree in Procurement or related subject.

Proficiency in English and Russian; both written and spoken.

Professional Experience:

More than 2-year experience in similar role

Knowledge of SAP MM software

Excellent communication skills

Strong category/material group details knowledge.
