• Oversee and manage all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring seamless service delivery across departments.
• Act as the senior manager on duty, serving as the primary decision-maker in the absence of executive leadership.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience in alignment with 5-star service standards.
• Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest complaints with professionalism and discretion.
• Supervise front desk, night audit, security, and overnight operational teams.
• Review daily financial reports, night audit processes, and ensure accuracy of postings and system balances.
• Conduct night property walks to ensure cleanliness, maintenance standards, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate emergency procedures and act as crisis leader when required.
• Prepare handover reports for executive management.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office operations within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
• Previous managerial experience required.
• Strong knowledge of hotel Opera PMS.
• Solid understanding of night audit procedures and financial reconciliation.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
