Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process for key clients, ensuring the constant availability of necessary stock and product assortment at sales points.
- Participate in the development of trade marketing plans, ensuring the organization of promotional activities planned at sales points.
- Control key client investments in accordance with the budget.
- Provide information on the client’s fulfillment of commercial terms.
- Analyze sales performance indicators (sell-in/sell-out).
- Regularly monitor competitor results (rankings, personalization, changes in consultant strategies).
- Ensure clients order new products according to release schedules.
- Analyze and assess key client sales points' quality and track compliance with minimum purchase levels.
- Plan budgets and sales forecasts.
- Participate in the development of commercial terms for key clients.
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher, including negotiation and meeting skills in English.
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical industries.
- Experience in the beauty segment is an advantage.
- Proven ability to build effective partnerships with both colleagues and partners.
- Strong analytical skills (budget management and forecasting, sales and financial reporting analysis).
- Confident negotiation skills.
- Experience working with complex clients.
- Knowledge of key marketing principles (marketing concepts, research methods, and product promotion strategies).
- Understanding of advertising campaign principles.
- Professional demeanor, polished appearance, and articulate speech without filler words.
Conditions:
- Official employment.
- Salary: fixed + annual performance-based bonus.

- Compensation for mobile communication and internet expenses.
- Meal allowance.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, remote (home office).
- Responsibility area: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, with possible additional nearby countries.
- Candidate location: Almaty.
- Remote work with business trips to listed countries 1-3 times per month, lasting 1-3 days.
