We don't teach, we moderate. We don't have teachers, we have moderators.

See, we are learning English in a different way. We want our students to learn the language naturally, like baby learning his native language. Our students are not bored during the classes. Do you remember yourself studying grammar in order to speak your native language? No. Same here in English Zone, we want our students to learn it in fun, engaging, and interesting way. We use presentations to conduct our classes with unique cirriculum that makes the class dynamic. We don't judge our students for making mitakes. We want them to break this fear.

English Zone is an innovative educational company with over 13 years of experience and 5 branches across Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.

Job Overview:

As an English Moderator, you will play a key role in creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for our students. Rather than traditional teaching, your focus will be on guiding and motivating students to develop their English skills naturally, through interactive and entertaining methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct English classes following the company’s established methodology
• Create and deliver presentations using Canva and PowerPoint
• Assess students' language levels and coordinate internal exams
• Participate in the planning and execution of student events and activities

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday, 3 times a week or 6 times a week.
• Morning shift, Afternoon, Evening: withing 9:10-21:30 timeline.
• Currently only morning shift avaliable: 9.10-15:00

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (C1)
• Proficient in Canva
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, Fun, NOT shy, Responsible, Many stories to share, Loud.
