About Us: We are an IT outstaffing company providing top-tier specialists to global businesses. We are currently looking for a ML Developer to join a project for a UK-based client.

Our client is a fintech company specializing in microloans, so experience in banking or fintech, as well as experience in assessing clients’ creditworthiness, will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ML solutions based on project requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, DevOps) to ensure seamless integration and deployment
• Optimize model performance and troubleshoot issues in a production environment
• Communicate progress and challenges with stakeholders in English

Must-Have Skills

• Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Python (data structures, debugging, optimization)
• Experience with core ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• Solid mathematical background (linear algebra, probability, statistics)
• Familiarity with classic ML algorithms (regression, classification, tree-based models)
• Data preprocessing and feature engineering (pandas, NumPy)
• Basic production deployment (containerization, REST APIs, version control)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Distributed computing (Spark, Dask)
• Advanced deep learning architectures (Transformers, GNNs)
• DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes)
