Job Description:
If you have experience and expertise in teaching methodology, can develop learning materials, and are open to innovations, we invite you to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Develop study programs and courses for different levels (A1-B2).
• Create interactive materials and presentations using modern platforms.
• Analyze the effectiveness of educational products through KPIs.
• Participate in creating new learning products and adapting programs to market trends.
• Develop assessment rubrics and student progress evaluation systems.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Professional skills:

• Higher education in linguistics, pedagogy, or English teaching methodology.
• International qualifications (CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, etc.) are welcome.
• 3+ years of English teaching experience (online/offline).
• Knowledge of teaching methods and experience working with various student levels.
• Experience creating quality educational materials and working with platforms like Moodle, Google Classroom, etc.
• Strong skills in educational metrics and analytics.

2. Personal qualities:

• Results-driven.
• Creativity and innovation.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Adaptability to changes in the education field.
• Responsibility and attention to detail.

3. Additional skills:

• Knowledge of modern educational technologies.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).

• Interest in the development of teaching methodologies.
