MEP Engineer (HVAC, WSS, Electrical)

Responsibilities:

• Design of MEP engineering systems (HVAC, Water Supply & Sewerage, Electrical) for commercial spaces, restaurants, and offices
• Preparation of cost estimates, calculations, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Review of working drawings and materials
• Conducting site surveys and inspections
• Ensuring project documentation complies with applicable standards and regulations
• Participation in tender documentation preparation
• Cost optimization and implementation of Value Engineering solutions
• Coordination with design teams, contractors, and suppliers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
• Minimum 6 years of experience as an MEP Engineer
• Proven experience in independent design of mechanical and electrical systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Excel
• Experience in Retail / Hospitality / HoReCa is a plus
• Knowledge of local construction codes and standards
• Fluent English is required
