Mars Leadership Experience Program (MLEP) is our global graduate program, designed to help fresh graduates to achieve their career ambitions and get leadership roles in international company. MLEP is a perfect grounding for a career in business leadership. You’ll manage projects, lead teams, take on roles with local and international exposure and make decisions with real consequences. The work will come thick and fast, preparing you for the challenges tomorrow.

What to expect?

We like to empower our people. So, from the moment you join us you’ll be managing your own project in two different roles across 2 years of the program. Every role will be challenging, designed to increase your knowledge and expertise whilst developing your leadership skills across our business. Each placement is tailored to your personal development, you will gain an impressive level of experience to accelerate your leadership career.

What are we looking for?

• We’re looking for people who can build great leadership skills as well as develop their functional capability. Eager to learn, flexible and has passion to explore new challenges even in functions outside their line of study;
• Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree (Marketing, Finance, Management, Economics);
• Students who are interested in making their careers in Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales with cognitive skills, and strong academic knowledge;
• Career ambitions and willingness to work in different functions.
