Responsibilities- 360-Degree Marketing Strategy Development Develop and implement comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies for the dietary supplements products in Kazakhstan. Coordinate digital, retail, medical, and consumer marketing activities across multiple platforms (e.g., online, in-store, healthcare professionals) to ensure a holistic brand presence in the market. Collaborate with the global marketing team to create new localized marketing campaigns for the Kazakhstan market.
- Market Analysis Conduct regular analyses of competition, customer behavior, and trends in the Kazakhstan market, and develop strategic plans accordingly. Market Research: Gather data on market conditions, customer behavior, and trends. Competitor Analysis: Assess competitors’ strategies, strengths, and weaknesses. Customer Insights: Identify target customer segments and preferences. Trend Identification: Monitor industry trends and external factors affecting the market. Demand Forecasting: Predict market demand and assess new product potential.
- Brand Positioning and Market Penetration Manage the market introduction and positioning of new products, ensuring alignment with local consumer behavior and health trends. Work closely with local distributors to achieve optimal brand awareness and market penetration through integrated campaigns (advertising, PR, social media, events, etc.). Identify key market opportunities, trends, and competitor activities to ensure the brand's competitive positioning in the market.
- Sales Support Train and support local sales teams on product knowledge, brand messaging, and promotional tactics. Track and analyze distributor performance, sales data, and marketing effectiveness to ensure alignment with KPIs. Regularly visit the market and distributors to provide guidance on in-store promotions, retail displays, and point-of-sale materials.
- Product Launches and Campaign Execution Lead the launch of new products, developing go-to-market strategies and coordinating with distributors to ensure effective rollout. Plan and execute product campaigns, including market research, audience targeting, and budget management. Oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, packaging, and advertising campaigns, ensuring compliance with local regulations and cultural preferences.
- Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration Build and maintain relationships with KOLs (healthcare professionals, pharmacies) to promote product education and brand loyalty. Serve as the main point of contact between the local market, distributors, and the head office, providing regular updates and feedback on market trends and product performance. Organize conferences, and local events to enhance brand visibility and networking with healthcare professionals.
- Monitoring and Reporting Monitor market performance, gather feedback from the field, and adjust marketing strategies as needed to maximize sales and market share. Prepare regular reports on market activities, sales, and promotional outcomes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Continuously track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor movements to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with internal teams including sales, regulatory, and logistics to ensure smooth product delivery, compliance, and efficient execution of marketing initiatives. Lead the implementation of medical and regulatory requirements in line with the marketing and promotional activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Business, or Marketing (preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product or marketing management within the health sector (experience with dietary supplements, OTC is preferred).
- Proven experience in developing and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns in Kazakhstan or similar markets.
- Proficiency in Turkish or English, with the ability to use them actively in business contexts.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
- Willingness to travel.
