Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing strategies to drive products on the market;
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration;
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies;
• Create contents, scenarios, digital materials, materials together with a creative agency;
• Influencer marketing;
• BTL & Events activities preparation and execution;
• Establish digital strategy and execution of campaigns with analytics and reporting;
• Planning and budget management;
• Closing of the projects, work with vendors (conclusion, control over the timing of work and payment). At the end of the work, monitor reports and submit to the accounting department;
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills;
• Exceptional organization skills. Experience of successfully delivering multiple projects;
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.

Requirements:

• University degree in marketing / digital marketing / management;
• Experience of working in marketing (2+ years);
• Experienced Microsoft user;
• Fluent Russian;
• English, minimum Intermediate Level;
• Fluent Kazakh would be an advantage;
• Readiness for business trips in Central Eurasia countries.
