Job Identification

We are looking for the Marketing Intern to be a part of Traditional Trade marketing team located in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

What We Expect:

• Support the development and execution of activation plans for new product launches and promotional campaigns in traditional retail.
• Prepare weekly reports on ongoing marketing activities, tracking performance and engagement across key initiatives.
• Analyze internal data to uncover insights and present actionable recommendations to the Sales Team.
• Review daily photo submissions from the Sales Team to ensure alignment with execution standards, providing clear and constructive feedback.
• Deliver monthly competitor analysis reports focused on traditional trade, highlighting market trends and strategic opportunities.
• Perform offline field visits, which will account for approximately 10% of your time, to ensure on-ground compliance.

Qualifications:

· In your last year of an undergraduate or master degree

· Or graduated and have less than 1 year of work experience

· Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames

· Organized, dependable and detail oriented

· Knowledge Kazakh, Russian and English languages

· Excellent computer knowledge with proficiency in Excel

· Excellent communication skills, document management skills.
