We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Logistics Product Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual with at least 5 years of experience in the transportation and logistics field who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at creating transportation and logistics solutions. The ideal candidate has experience of working in a major transportation or logistics company in Customer Service or Pricing roles.

Обязанности:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of logistics solutions.
Work with transportation and logistics agents and partners across multiple geographies (China, Europe, Kazakhstan, etc.) to obtain the most competitive rates.
Collaborate extensively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including operations, sales, agents, and customers, to define product requirements and ensure successful execution.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value and strategic alignment.
Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.

Требования:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance etc.).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation and logistics, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful logistics solutions.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and delivering results.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
Very good English communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
Proficiency in Chinese is not required but considered a significant asset.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
