Efes Kazakhstan takes a leading position in the beer market of Kazakhstan. The company is a member of Efes Beer Group, which is a multinational group in the beverage industry specializing in the production and sale of beer and non-alcoholic beverages in Turkey, Eastern Europe and the CIS. Efes Kazakhstan owns two beer production plants in Almaty and Karaganda, as well as regional representative offices in Kazakhstan. We are glad to invite candidates to consider our vibrant vacancy of Learning & Development (L&D) Supervisor,which requires creativity and analytical thinking to address real business challenges.

While leading the L&D sub-unit you will be responsible for:

• Collecting training needs, aligning them with business priorities
• Planning overall company training & development interventions
• Creating learning & development programs for company HIPO as well as leadership development programs for senior management
• Enhancing internal Academies (Sales Academy, Supply Chain Academy etc.)
• Development and delivery of courses for employees
• Making analysis of effectiveness of L&D interventions
• Monitor Training & Development market, analysis of trends and business context to advise best L&D Solutions
• Communications and Negotiations with internal documentation processes
• Delivery of internal training programs

Requirements:

• University degree in economics / management or similar fields;
• Min 2-3 years experience on a similar position in multinational company;
• Excellent understanding of L&D concepts and best practices;
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking;
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills both in Russian & English;
• Highly proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint;
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and organizational skills.
