Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, planning, and implementation of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

• Supervise the preparation of technical documentation, drawings, and specifications in accordance with building codes and standards.

• Coordinate project solutions with architects, structural, electrical, and plumbing engineers.

• Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.

• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

• Participate in the selection of HVAC equipment and materials.

• Conduct site visits, resolve technical issues, and support project teams throughout all stages.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education (Mechanical Engineering, Heat and Gas Supply, or related field).

• At least 5–7 years of experience in HVAC system design, installation, and supervision, preferably on large commercial or industrial projects.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design principles, standards, and applicable codes.

• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.

• Ability to read and develop detailed technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers.

• Languages: Kazakh, Russian, English (required); Chinese – desirable.
