Lawyer in the "Tax Disputes" team in a law firm

Responsibilities:

• Representing clients in tax and administrative courts.
• Providing legal advice on tax legislation and taxation matters.
• Preparing legal opinions, claims, appeals, and other procedural documents.
• Developing strategies for tax disputes and participating in the resolution of conflicts with tax authorities.
• Analyzing tax legislation and judicial practice in tax cases.
• Interacting with government bodies and tax services.
• Participating in court proceedings, including preparing and presenting evidence.

Requirements:

• Higher legal education.
• At least 2 years of experience in tax dispute resolution.

• Ability to work with procedural documents and proficiency in court representation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a team, willingness to learn and develop.
