Andersen, an international IT company, invites a Junior Scrum Master to work on a project in the field of FinTech for one of our German customers.
The customer is a world leader in insurance and B2B2C support, which offers global solutions that span international health and life insurance, travel insurance, cars, and their service. The company is dedicated to delivering world-class, agile, and sustainable IT solutions, driving full-spectrum digitalization.
The project aims to address the strong need for a Meta portal that can deliver a unified customer experience for B2B2C interactions. The primary goal is to cater to client needs by leveraging existing assets and providing digital solutions when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Helping coordinate and drive delivery in a team and across multiple teams and streams.
- Managing dependencies and timelines across technical and business tracks.
- Closely collaborating with Tech Leads, Product Owners, and external stakeholders.
- Tracking milestones and ensuring on-time delivery of critical scope.
- Proactively identifying blockers and driving resolution with the right parties.
Must-haves:
- Strong experience in project management in Agile or hybrid models, for 1+ year.
- Solid understanding of technical dependencies in software development (esp. API/Frontend/Backend).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset – someone who takes ownership and drives clarity in complex setups.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in project management in Waterfall model.
