Junior Power Platform Developer / Microsoft Automation Consultant

We are looking for a motivated Junior Consultant with experience in Microsoft technologies to support digital transformation and automation projects for our clients. The role involves working with the Microsoft Power Platform and cloud services to develop business applications, automate workflows, integrate systems, and prepare data for analytics and visualization.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team on various client engagements, supporting solution design, development, testing, and deployment. This is an excellent opportunity to grow into a full consultant or solution architect role in a leading international company.

The role includes exposure to multiple industries, including projects in the mining sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development and configuration of business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Assist with integration and data management using Azure SQL, SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Fabric, and other Microsoft cloud services
• Participate in preparing dashboards and analytics for business stakeholders
• Collect and document business and technical requirements
• Support testing, troubleshooting, user onboarding, and solution stabilization before production release
• Work alongside senior consultants, developers, and architects across several parallel projects

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint Online, or similar)
• Understanding of databases, data models, and system integration basics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business users
• Fluent Kazakh, Russian and strong English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in industrial or mining companies is an advantage
• Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, AZ-900, DP-900 or similar)
• Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization
• Basic knowledge of APIs and integrations
