Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns in alignment with the global brand strategy.
• Support the development of digital and offline marketing materials: social media content, newsletters, POSM, outdoor media, etc.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors: creative agencies, designers, printing companies, etc.
• Organize local events and activations, including influencer collaborations, PR activities, and store-level promotions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, collect data, and prepare post-campaign reports.
• Assist with budget tracking and ensure marketing activities stay within allocated budgets.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay up to date with local market trends.
• Support the marketing team with presentation preparation, reporting, and other day-to-day marketing tasks.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing (preferably in an international company or agency).
• Basic understanding of digital and event marketing principles.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Confident user of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Canva or other design tools is a plus.
