• Demand analysis of Export markets (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan), ensuring alignment of demand received from distributors with PVM Sales vision.
• Supply planning to Export markets: coordination with factories to prioritize customer orders, allocation calculation in case of constraints, resolving MOQ issue, freight optimization projects implementation

• Strong functional competence: Possess a deep understanding and proficiency in demand planning, supply chain management, and forecasting methodologies, ensuring accurate analysis and decision-making.
• Excellent communication: Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Good interpersonal skills: Exhibit the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners, fostering collaboration and effective teamwork.
• Persuasion and influencing: Possess the ability to persuade and influence others, particularly in managing timelines and securing buy-in for demand planning initiatives and process improvements.
• Degree in Management studies or Engineering from a reputed university
• SAP, MS office, MS power BI, MS projects and other Key computer applications.
• 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain (especially in Demand / project planning).
• Russian, English – both mandatory. Any other additional language would be an added advantage.
