Finance Controller Junior/Analyst

Main responsibilities:

• As business partner you are in closed constant cooperation with Marketing and Sales mad responsible for Finance topics (ROI of projects and new product launches)
• You provide decision-making bases for management, analyze and advise them on opportunities and risks in coordination with the Senior Controller
• As part of internal control and process optimization, you act to ensure internal and external standards as a part of daily business. You optimize existing processes targeting efficient use of available resources
• You are a part on regular financial reporting (Month, Quartal and Year closing)
• You are responsible for timely Trend and Budgeting processes of marketing costs (media, advocacy, POSM etc)
• Additionally, you are a part of controlling and corporate project

Requirements for hard skills:

Mandatory:

• Education in Finance (Controlling, IFRS, basic knowledge of accounting and tax legislation)
• Experience in controlling (1-3 years min) incl position of Finance Analyst or Junior controller
• English (fluent in written and spoken)

As plus: SAP and Excel (confident user)

Requirements for soft skills:

• You prioritize and act result driven. You are highly organized and proactive.
• You have the courage to challenge current circumstances and are not afraid of taking decisions
• Communication skills and presentation skills
