Responsibilities:

• Support the development, implementation, and management of brand activation programs.
• Coordinate the timely and quality launch of marketing campaigns.
• Gather and analyze feedback and updаtеteams on necessary changes.
• Track and assess the effectiveness of brand activities.
• Suggest improvements to enhance marketing efficiency.
• Work closely with internal teams and external agencies.
• Ensure brand activities are executed on time, within budget, and at the required quality.
• Assist in executing PR plans, including event organization and influencer engagement.
• Support the development of digital communication campaigns.
• Focus on social media marketing and e-commerce branding.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all consumer touchpoints, including retail and digital channels.
• Analyze market research data to identify brand challenges and market opportunities.
• Monitor and report on marketing expenses to ensure alignment with budget plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years in FMCG marketing (brand marketing or activation).
• Experience in an international company is preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of information and provide clear recommendations.
• Strong project management skills.
• Interest in product development, trade, consumer analysis, and communication strategies.
• Experience with PR and digital brand communication.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Russian and local language.
