Key Responsibilities:

Planning and control of production task execution
Organization of current production planning
Accounting, reporting and analysis of operational data
Coordination of operational interaction between involved departments and services
Planning of personnel and operational resources
Мanagement of schedules, workload and resource allocation
Qualifications Requirements:
A higher education in logistics, transport, economics, management, aviation management, or related fields
Proficient knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
Experience in working with resource planning systems
Possess skills in processing and analyzing large volumes of data, preparing schedules, reports, and analytical materials
Have knowledge of production planning and workforce planning principles
Possess an analytical mindset, attention to detail, planning skills, and the ability to work with operational data
Possess computer literacy and the ability to use relevant software required for the performance of official duties
