Обязанности:

• Installation and configuration of hardware and software: ensuring the correct operation of servers, workstations, network equipment and peripherals.
• Purchase of necessary technical equipment.
• Create, manage, and remove user accounts and permissions Active Directory.
• Technical user support: assisting employees in solving technical problems related to the use of computer hardware and software.
• Communication with HQ, the Management from South Korea.
• Ensuring information security: implementation of data protection measures, including setting up anti-virus software.
• Implementation and maintenance of information systems: participation in projects to implement new information technologies, user training and preparation of technical documentation.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting: regularly check the status of hardware and software, diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.

Требования:

• Higher education in information technology or related fields.

• At least 5 years in the field of information technology

• Experience with NMS systems (Zabbix, PRTG) and SQL database

• Knowledge of English (Intermediate and above)

• Experience in SAP is desirable

• Server administration (Windows Server 2022)

• Working with network equipment and protocols

• Understanding of the principles of information security and data protection

• Skills in working with office software and specialized IT systems.
