We are seeking a talented IT Recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in recruiting IT professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong presence on LinkedIn and proven track record of successfully sourcing, hiring, and interviewing technical talent.

Responsibilities

• Searching for specialists in various functions (IT Roles).
• Active search for candidates using various sources, conducting interviews.
• Interaction with candidates and hiring managers at all stages.
• Support of the process of adaptation of new employees.
• Participation in other HR projects and activities.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Experience in hiring for IT roles.
• Understanding the specifics of the IT recruitment.
• Upper intermediate English (B2).
• Be able to use various sources and search tools.
• It will be a huge plus, if you have experience of recruiting English-speaking IT specialists.
