Role Purpose:

The IT Product Operation Expert is responsible for supporting the operational performance of digital products and ride-hailing platform features in the local market. This role acts as the bridge between local operations teams and product/engineering teams to ensure efficient product implementation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Operations Management

• Monitor daily operational performance of ride-hailing products and internal operational tools.
• Coordinate product rollouts, feature testing, and operational implementation in the local market.
• Collect operational feedback and collaborate with Product teams to improve user experience.

Operational Support & Coordination

• Support driver onboarding systems, customer operations tools, and internal digital workflows.
• Identify operational issues impacting product performance and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
• Prepare operational reports and product performance insights for management.

User Experience & Process Improvement

• Analyze user behavior and operational data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support implementation of new operational processes and product enhancements.
• Ensure smooth communication between local operations and regional product teams.

Incident & Issue Management

• Investigate platform incidents affecting drivers, customers, or internal users.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Technology teams for issue resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Track and follow up on product-related incidents and operational escalations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in product operations, digital operations, or platform support.
• Experience working with technology products, ride-hailing platforms, or digital services is preferred.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
