Key Job Accountabilities:

• Prepare the country IT strategy according to global/zone solutions roll-out, local IT landscape and business priorities; manage the application portfolio and ensure standardization and consolidation of applications towards common solutions.
• Act as a proactive business partner: actively listen to customers, articulate, and clarify/translate their needs into IT implications and evaluate&challenge the customers’ demands to ensure their alignment with the defined strategy
• Manage business expectations and monitor customer satisfaction levels through relevant service metrics.
• Lead the Customer advocacy role for business within IT teams.
• Guarantee the proper functioning of the IT operations and the quality of the services provided to the users of his entity by seeking continuous improvement.
• Lead service improvement initiatives ensuring the continuous improvement of end-to-end service and customer satisfaction.
• Be accountable for country IT landscape and responsible for local IT applications management (provisioning all related costs, managing contracts with local vendors, ensuring compliance with IT security and data privacy requirements, etc.)
• Promote IT and ensure the communication around IT concepts and the main evolutions to all stakeholders of the entity.
• Manage IT budget, IT hardware/software purchases

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience within IT manager, IT Business Relationship Management or similar roles
• Hands-on knowledge of IT environment (applications, troubleshooting, web solutions, Data, ERP)
• Strong business relations management skills
• Strong leadership, innovation, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, coordinate, work well under the pressure and meet deadlines
• Very good communication skills and social competency, clear presentation to all organization levels
• Strong critical thinking with problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude
• Positive, confident personality, presentation skills, independent and committed working style
• Strong sense of urgency, perseverance, and the creativity to overcome obstacles
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Fluent in written and spoken the English language on level B2 or higher
