Key Tasks:

• Administration of corporate IT infrastructure services.

• Implementation and automation of business tasks using technical tools.

• Maintaining the operability of current projects and assisting in launching new ones.

• Increasing the efficiency of working with the current service stack.

Main Areas of Responsibility and Duties:

• Managing the company’s corporate IT infrastructure.

• Connecting, maintaining reports, and paying for IT services.

• Supporting services in Google and Microsoft tenants.

• Ensuring continuous monitoring of product resources and responding to incidents.

• Ensuring product security and availability using corporate tools.

• Troubleshooting technical issues with services and products.

• Purchasing and configuring domains, working with DNS records.

• Searching for and implementing effective infrastructure management methods and improving current processes.

• Implementing and automating business tasks using technical tools.

• Working with the knowledge base, spreadsheets, and documentation; actively maintaining and keeping them up to date.

• Working with APIs and service integrations.

• Deploying websites and landing pages.

• Creating accesses, user groups, and policies.

• Deploying scripts and assisting with their development.

• Basic knowledge of working with hosting providers and servers, with proper escalation of requests to higher levels.

• Writing technical specifications for developers and DevOps engineers.

Experience and Required Skills:

• Experience with task managers and ticketing systems.

• Experience working with Google and Microsoft tenants.

• Experience with servers and hosting providers.

• Experience with Linux operating systems.

• Understanding the principles of PHP and Apache2.

• Understanding the principles of network routing.

• Understanding the TCP/IP stack.

• Understanding of Agile methodology (Kanban, Scrum).

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a meticulous approach.
