• Higher education in Economics, Finance, Accounting and Audit.

• Additional specialized training and certifications in the field of internal control are an advantage.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal control or audit.

• Knowledge of COSO internal control standards is an advantage.

• Ability to develop and implement internal control procedures.

• Proficiency in information analysis methods, ability to identify and assess risks within the scope of internal control.

• Ability to conduct compliance checks of internal procedures and standards; field tests, spot checks and document reviews.

• Ability to monitor the remediation of violations identified during the field tests and audits.

• Work schedule of 5/2 from 8 AM to 5 PM
• Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Annual paid leave of 24 calendar days, increasing to 28 days depending on work experience
