• Participate in operational, financial, compliance, and process audits.

• Conduct interviews with process owners and key stakeholders.
• Review policies, procedures, contracts, and supporting documentation.
• Perform walkthroughs and test internal controls.
• Identify control weaknesses, process inefficiencies, and compliance gaps.
• Document audit observations and supporting evidence.
• Contribute to the preparation of audit reports and management presentations.
• Analyze business and transactional data to identify anomalies, trends, and risk indicators.
• Support the development of data-driven audit approaches.
• Perform analytical reviews using available reporting and BI tools.
• Track implementation of agreed corrective actions.
• Validate completion and effectiveness of measures.
• Support reporting of audit results and action plan status.
• Contributes to the development of audit methodologies, tools, and risk assessment approaches.
• Share best practices and improvement opportunities with business stakeholders.

• Strong internal candidates with deep business process knowledge are priority.

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.

• 3 years of experience in FMCG, Retail, Wholesale, Supply Chain, Finance, Controlling, Operations, Compliance, Loss Prevention, or Internal Audit.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to understand end-to-end business processes.

• Experience working with large datasets.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Experience with SAP and reporting/BI tools is an advantage.

• Regular travel to stores and warehouses across Kazakhstan.
