Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven individual to join our Data Analytics team as an intern. This opportunity will provide hands-on experience in analyzing data, identifying trends, and contributing to data-informed decision-making.

• In-depth immersion in the processes of tracking sales equipment and sales systems.
• Data entry, updating, matching, and verification within specialized systems.
• Learning and adhering to procedures related to audits and payment processing.
• Support in the preparation of weekly reports and maintenance of registries.
• Participation in regional coordination calls and meetings.
• Assist the Sales department in preparing for ongoing audits, including data cleansing and updating within the equipment module.
• Collaboration with the IT department to resolve minor technical issues related to tracking.
• Participation in status meetings, serving as a presenter and providing reports.
• Lead the data collection process at all stages of the operational cycle.
• Prepare and present regular reports on status and performance results.
• Initiate and suggest improvements in workflows related to tracking and reporting.
• Support the updating and development of training materials.
• Co-lead status meetings and coordinate team actions.

Candidate requirements:

• Current student in their final years or a graduate of higher education institutions (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree) in finance, statistics, computer science, economics, data analytics, or other related fields.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and other data processing tools.
• Experience with CRM systems and equipment tracking modules is a plus.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with various departments (Sales, IT, Audit).
• Skills in preparing reports and presenting information.
• Proactive and a desire to optimize processes.
• English language proficiency at a B1(Intermediate) level.
