Обязанности:

Provide project management support to Visa client institutions and processors in assigned region to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
Understand client’s technical requirements and business priorities; develop solutions and represent them to internal stakeholders.
Facilitate client migrations required by Visa, including those from Edit Package to Visa Clearing Exchange, with zero or minimal client impact.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project related issues.
Contribute to development of implementation plans and procedures with a focus on operational efficiency and scaling to support CS objectives.
Build and enhance positive working relationships with Visa client institutions, processors and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate and influence internal Visa resources to ensure delivery on commitments.
Responsible for own workflow assignments and must be able to take the initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines.
Report project accomplishments and deliverables to management on weekly or monthly basis.

Требования:

Minimum of 5 years’ of professional experience in a technical support role in software or financial services.
Working knowledge of Visa network including clearing and settlement would be an added advantage.
Ability to comprehend and translate complex technical issues and apply to business solutions.
Able to set priorities, influence others, and manage customer expectations.
Demonstrated success in customer relationship management.
Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve results as part of an effective team, and ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task under deadlines.
Experience using standard MS Office tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.).
Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills are essential.
Project management skills are preferred but certification is not required.
Ability to write and speak English fluently is essential.
