Your day-to-day:

• Updating actual data on IMS & Shipments for the past month in planning files;
• Breaking down the long-term sales and shipment forecast into product variants, ensuring the correctness and consistency of all active and planned product initiatives of markets/global projects;
• Preparing, maintaining, updating automated reports (including Power BI dashboards);
• Preparing, maintaining reports on monitoring product inventory levels in markets;
• Calculating shipments (Shipments) based on updated sales plans (IMS) in accordance with the rules and instructions provided by the responsible S&OP Executives;
• Transferring the agreed sales forecast to the Planning Center: updating the forecast in the E2DP system or sending a file with the forecast;
• Making adjustments to the sales forecast in the planning system / in the relevant files in accordance with the current plans in the markets received from the responsible S&OP Executives;
• Updating LOGD/LOMD risk monitoring reports based on data from the PMI systems;
• Actively participating in the implementation of new digital solutions for demand planning.

Who we are looking for:

• Soft skills: good communication skills, attention to detail, analytical mind, initiative, independence, ability to act in conditions of uncertainty;
• Confident user of Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas), SQL, Power BI;
• IT background (IT education, work experience) – will be a plus;
• English – Upper-intermediate.
