HVAC Designer — responsible for the development and execution of design documentation, visualization of drawings of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Closely cooperates with the Senior HVAC Engineer, who calculates loads, selects equipment, is responsible for calculations and standards, while the HVAC Designer will develop drawings, models, visualizing the engineer's solutions and focusing on the documentation of HVAC systems.

Main tasks:

• Development of drawings (layouts, air duct diagrams, piping).
• Preparation of BIM models (Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP).
• Creation of 3D visualizations of engineering systems.
• Work with technical specifications of engineers (transfer of calculations and data to the project).
• Checking the documentation for compliance with standards and customer requirements.
• Coordination of design drawings with architects and engineers of related systems.

Key skills:

• Higher technical education with emphasis on Mechanical/Piping Engineering
• Relevant work experience - not less than 2 years.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, SolidWorks, SketchUp.
• Understanding the basics of HVAC systems (but not always deep engineering).
• BIM coordination skills.
• Work with design documentation (specifications, drawing sheets).
• Preferably speaking and writing Kazakh, Russian, English languages.
