Human Resources Lead is a significant and influential role within the organization and is the main interface to management and employees, responsible for the implementation of the corporate HR Strategy within the international chain of Apple Premium Reseller stores in CIS and for building trust with managers and employees to create a positive work environment and increased organizational effectiveness for the Company.

Key functions:

• Collaboration with Senior management

• Full responsibility for main HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, retaining, T&D, etc.)

• Oversees the HR administration function on the local level: compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, etc.

• Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; development and execution of best practices for hiring and talent management

• Monitors and ensures the Company’s compliance with local employment laws and regulations

• Create and control over HR budget and workforce planning

• Management of the international HR team

• Formation of a strong HR brand and its broadcast to the market and to the internal environment, HR marketing, and promotion of the company in the market.

Qualification and skills:

• Master's degree

• Practical experience as HRBP/HRD min 3+ years

• Experience in people and team management

• Proficiency in English

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
