This job will require general assistance to Recruitment team.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Conducting phone calls with candidates and scheduling follow-up interviews.
• Sending emails to candidates to inform them about their application status and provide necessary information.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as organizing and coordinating interviews, preparing documents, and maintaining candidate databases.
• Supporting recruiters in their daily tasks, including preparing reports and analyzing data.
• Maintaining and updating documentation related to the recruitment process.
• Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

Knowledge and Skills:

• also 3-4th year degree student (Human Resource, Management, etc)
• Previous work experience in Human Resource area is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Team player, result oriented and eager to learn.
• Stress resistant.
• Able to plan and prioritise to meet deadlines and provide high quality output.
• English – from Intermediate level and up.
• Strong attention to the details.
