Responsibilities:

• Help in approval process of interview forms
• Help to arrange interview invitation in outlook calendars for applicants and recruitment specialists;
• Help in AC arrangements (AC requests, AC invitations);
• Help to scan & forms for interviews;
• Help to check e-mails in promotion programs files for HR criteria check process;
• Help to check video record in promotion programs ;
• Help to post job vacancies at local websites;
• Help in job fair arrangement;
• Help to sign consent on personal data collection in recruitment process;
• Help to translate recruitment process guides, job descriptions;
• Help to send inmails via Outlook
• Help collecting data from or passing data to stores
• Other help to maintain and cover operational needs of company.

Requirements:

• 3rd or 4th year university student (graduate in HR, psychology – preferably, or other);
• English – minimum Intermediate
• Turkish – will be a plus
• Internship or work experience in HR - preferably;
• Dream about work and career in HR, love fashion stores, fashion retail,
• Good communication skills, proactivity,
• able and willing to learn, multitasking,
• positive attitude, customers oriented,
• follows rules and standards;

Conditions:

• The position is temporary (until September 2025)
