Position Overview: As an HR Specialist focused on Recruitment and Corporate Culture, you will play a critical role in shaping the backbone of our dynamic, high-growth environment. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, especially hiring in tight timelines to support our rapid expansion. In this role, you will also foster a distinctive corporate culture that reflects our bold and innovative values, ensuring each new team member is aligned with our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring we attract the best talent. You’ll lead the charge to bring on “A-star players” who fit our culture and are ready for high expectations.
- Corporate Culture Development: Drive initiatives that build a culture of initiative, audacity, and creative freedom. Promote our core values and foster an environment that encourages experimentation and a fearless approach to learning.
- Candidate Experience: Guide applicants through a multi-step hiring process that includes a culture-fit test, ensuring transparency and clear communication at every stage.
- Onboarding & Retention: Develop an onboarding experience that instills our values from day one. Maintain a strong relationship with new hires, fostering a sense of belonging and commitment.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate and improve recruitment and culture-building practices to meet the evolving needs of a fast-paced, innovative company.
Qualifications:
- Experience in high-stakes environments like start-ups, finance, consulting, or F&B. Prior experience in HoReCa is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Passion for Building and fostering a strong, dynamic company culture.
- Adaptability & Resilience: Thrives in a start-up environment with periods of intensity and high expectations.
